Anchor Staffing separates itself through customer

priority, listening closely to their individual staffing needs, working
in a timely manner to place the very best candidates. Our business hours
revolve around the our clients' needs and we make ourselves available
whenever and wherever.
Our second key to success is through selecting the best clients, working
environment, and positions for our applicants. Unlike a temporary agency,
our goal is to provide employees who are at the same level as the permanent
employees of our clients. In order to do this, we cannot focus on day-labor
or short-term candidates who move from assignment to assignment. We maintain
the reputation of a service that partners with our clients so to educate
ourselves on the details of the client's operation. This, in turn, aides
us in attracting only the very best applicants. Consequently, we focus
our business on long-term assignments, and temporary-to-permanent openings.
